抗血栓性野菜・果物に関するニュース
  1. 抗血栓食研究会が取り組んできた抗血栓性野菜・果物に関する論文多数がCirculation Researchに引用されました。

最近の研究の中間報告

　GTTにより、血栓形成傾向が血栓のでき易さと溶け易さのバランスで決められることが、動物実験で明らかにされました（1）。また、血栓症を予防する野菜・果物品種、適切な運動もわかるようになりました（2）。
　また、日本人は西欧の白人と比較して血栓ができ難いが溶けにくいことも健常者の測定で（3）、日本人の心疾患患者では経口抗凝固薬剤が西欧の白人に比べて効きやすいことがわかりました（4）。今後、より多くの消費者が抗血栓性野菜・果物品種を購入できるようにすることが必要です。
